Final 2016 Court of Honor will be held on December 8. If you are working on Merit Badges, Blue Cards must be turned in no later than Nov. 17 to receive at this COH.

Scouters spend a lot of time investing in the program. They volunteer their time, talends, and energy to make sure Scouting program runs smoothly.
Wagon Wheel District Award of Merit
Is a council award that is awarded to volunteers who render outstanding service to youth at the district level. It is the highest award given.
